Restore the System

1

Power off your phone and connect it to a computer using a USB cable. Press the Power

button three to five times consecutively until, a few seconds later, the screen of your

phone turns on and it enters Fastboot mode.

If your phone can't be powered off or repeatedly restarts, connect it to the computer, then

press and hold the Power button to force restart it. Before the screen turns on, press the

Power button three to five times consecutively to enter Fastboot mode.

Open HiSuite on the computer, click System Recovery, and follow the onscreen

instructions to restore the system.

The system will automatically be restored to the specified version when your phone

restarts.

If your phone fails to enter Fastboot mode, or the system restore fails, visit an authorized
Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
