fittings attached to it or other deferring
things?
Did you mute the call?
The earpiece volume is
low.
Is the earpiece volume adjusted to the
highest level?
The receiving signal is
weak or the line is often
cut off.
Is the antenna damaged?
Is the signal strong enough?
If there is no signal, remove the phone to
an area with strong signals.
“No network”, “Fail to
connect the net” or “Not
completed” is displayed
on the screen.
Are you in an area with weak magnetic
field (in a tunnel or surrounded by
buildings)? Change to another area and
try again.
Are you trying to visit the service option
without authorization from the service
