Scenario 2: A dual-mode base station working in dual-band mode on the GSM side and
supporting not more than three sectors for each band, with the configuration of GRFUs
(or DRFUs) and WRFUs

If a dual-mode base station works in dual-band mode on the GSM side and not more than six
GSM GRFUs or DRFUs are configured, the GRFUs or DRFUs are evenly positioned in the slots
in cabinet 1. By default, WRFUs are positioned in slots 1, 3, and 5 in cabinet 2.
