1.10.2 I failed to send or receive a multimedia message. What
should I do?



Your phone may fail to send or receive multimedia messages due to any of the following
reasons: The network is busy, or the signal quality is poor.

Reason: The network is busy or the signal quality is poor.

Solution: Try again later.



The message is denied by the network (the MMS center).

Reason 1: The recipient number is invalid.

Solution: Check whether the recipient number is correct and try again.

Reason 2: The multimedia message exceeds the maximum size allowed by your service
provider.

Solution: Delete some content from the multimedia message to make sure that it is smaller
than the maximum size, and try again.



Does the mobile account have an outstanding amount?

Reason: The funds in your phone service account have been used up

Solution: Try again after payment



Multimedia messages cannot be received if your phone's available storage space is
insufficient.
