3.2 How do I reduce my mobile data usage?



Disable the data service when you do not need it.



Disable the data service if your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network.



Access Wireless Access Protocol (WAP) sites instead of World Wide Web (WWW)
websites.



Disable the data service by clearing Data enabled under

Settings

Mobile networks.



Turn off data synchronization in the background: Go to

Settings

and touch

Email

. Select

an account and disable the synchronization with the account.

3.3 My phone runs slow.



Close background applications: Go to

Settings

and touch

Manage apps

Running

Select the application you want to close, and touch

Stop



Uninstall unwanted applications to increase your phone's available storage. When
available storage is insufficient, the phone runs slowly.



If the CPU usage is high and multiple background processes are running, restart the
phone to close unwanted processes and applications.
