DIRECTION SYSTEM

STEERING MACHINE PARTS

6. Check:

the drive of the gear whether agile.
If it is not agile, dismantle the direction machine

to see the gear and rack whether have wear,
instead the parts according to the inspection.

7. Check:

Whether the inspection gear drive reverse gap

does surpass the rating, If it does, adjust the gap
and the bolt . If cannot reduce the gap through the
adjustment, instead the gear, rack

Do not use the welding to repair the steering

joint.

Note

When replace the direction machine,

cleaning all the parts, and daub the lithium

grease in to the movement.
