146 Exchanging Messages
To set up Outlook E-mail
1.
On the Select Account screen, tap
Outlook Setup
.
2. To send and receive personal e-mail on your device:
Check if the synchronization software has been installed on your
computer and a synchronization partnership has been created with your
device. If these have been done, then just connect your device to your
computer to send and receive Outlook E-mail messages.
If you have not yet installed the synchronization software nor created a
partnership, please do so by following the procedures in Chapter 5.
3. To set up your company e-mail account on your device:
Set up your device to synchronize via a wireless network or over-the-air
connection with your company’s Exchange Server. For more information
about synchronizing with the Exchange Server, see Chapter 7.
Using your e-mail accounts
There are two places where you can easily access and use your e-mail accounts:
Home screen’s Mail tab
Press the HOME button to return to the
TouchFLO D Home screen, and then slide
to the Mail tab. The e-mail accounts that
you added are displayed as small mail icons
on the right side of the screen. Simply tap
an e-mail account that you want to use, or
slide your finger up or down until you have
selected the desired account.
