Troubleshoot and Maintenance

Please contact the company’s technical support team in case the device’s date and time 

settings  are  reset  each  time  the device  is turned  off,  as this  means  that the  dedicated 
onboard battery has run out of power. 

- 

If recharged and looked after regularly, the device’s batteries have a useful life of 3 to 5 
years.  Please  contact  the  company’s  technical  support  team  to  have  the  batteries 

replaced. 

- 

If the device’s s

creen breaks and the discharges the liquid inside it, please avoid direct skin 

contact with the substance and return the device to the company’s technical support unit 

to have the screen replaced. 

-
