Management Ethernet port LEDs

The HPE 5940 , HPE 5940 48XGT 6QSFP+, HPE 5940 48SFP+ 6QSFP+, and HPE
FlexFabric 5940 4-slot switches each provide one LINK LED and one ACT LED for the management
Ethernet port.
