A Direct Access Inquiry Response bit of 1 indicates the
Peripheral Device Type field in the Inquiry Data
indicates "Direct Access Device."

A DAIR bit of 0 indicates "Optical Memory Device" in
the Peripheral Device Type field in the Inquiry Data.
