Shared storage—dual controller, optimal cabling, MSA2000sa
This example illustrates optimal cabling for a high-performance, high-availability configuration. In
this configuration, note the following:
•
An additional cable from each switch to each MSA controller offers additional availability
and performance.
•
Connecting each controller to each switch ensures highest availability.
NOTE: Features of the MSA2000sa and MSA2000sa G2 differ, but cabling and configuration
concepts are the same. This cabling scenario showing the MSA2000sa may also be applied to
the MSA2000sa G2.
