b. Slide and hold the battery pack locking latch

right. (The battery pack disengages from the computer.)

c. Slide the battery pack release latch

 to the right.

d. Slide the battery pack

 straight back and remove it.

Removing the Battery Pack

Reverse the above procedure to install the battery pack.
