to restore the default of an LDAP user attribute.

Default
The LDAP username attribute is
cn
and the username format is
without-domain
. No user object
class is specified and the default user object class of the LDAP server is used.

name-attribute
argument represents an attribute value, a case-insensitive string of 1 to 64
characters. The
cn
keyword represents the user account attribute of common name, and the
uid
keyword represents the user account attribute of user ID.
user-name-format

with-domain

without-domain
}: Specifies the format of the username to be
sent to the server. The
with-domain
keyword means that the username contains the domain name,
and the
without-domain
keyword means that the username does not contain the domain name.
user-object-class object-class-name
: Specifies the user object class for user search. The
object-class-name
argument represents a class value, a case-insensitive string of 1 to 64
characters.
Usage guidelines
If the username on the LDAP server does not contain the domain name, specify the
without-domain
keyword. If the username contains the domain name, specify the
with-domain
keyword.
