Remote control
Using the remote control
To use the remote control, complete the following steps:
1. Be sure the remote control batteries are installed. Refer to
“
Replacing the remote control batteries
” for details.
2. Be sure the remote sensor is connected to the computer. Refer
to Chapter 3, “
TV tuner setup
,” for details.
3. Point the remote control at the remote sensor.

The remote sensor should be located in a convenient place.
Be sure that nothing blocks the path between your remote
control and the remote sensor.

Alternates between various aspect modes in TV.

Guide
Opens the electronic television Program Guide.
Internet access may be required.

Live TV

Moves a TV program forward to the end of the
pause buffer and resumes playing live TV. When
you pause a TV program, you can use the
LIVE
TV
button to move forward to live TV.

Opens the media software and then begins
playing live TV in full-screen mode.

Switches the computer image between the computer
display and an external display.
