Before removing the speakers, follow these steps:
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly (

2.
Remove the bottom cover (see

).
3.
Remove the battery (see
).
4.
Remove the touchpad (see
To remove the speakers:
1.
Disconnect the speaker cable (1).
2.
Remove the four Phillips M2.0× 2.0 screws that secure the speakers to the computer.
3.
Detach the left and right speaker cables from the clips holding them (3).
4.
Remove the speaker assembly (4).
Reverse this procedure to install the speakers.
