On the HP DSS server, open the HP MFP DSS Configuration Utility and click the

Folders

tab.

Select the

Enable Send to Folder

check box.

Click

Add…

to add a new folder. The

Add Predefined Folder

dialog box appears.

Type a name for the folder into the

Alias Name

text box. This name appears on the device

control-panel interface.

Click

Browse…

to browse to a folder location, and then click

to accept it.

NOTE

Supported operating systems for folder destinations are Windows 98, Windows

NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, and Novell NetWare.

Select the credentials that should be used to gain access to the folder from the
