7. Record the power level displayed on the measuring receiver as the Absolute
Amplitude A ccuracy in the performance verication test record as
TR Entry 1.
8. Press RA TIO on the measuring receiver . P ower levels will now readout in dB
relative to the power level just measured at the 87 dBV (020 dBm) output
power level setting.
9. Set the EMC analyzer SRC POWER to the settings indicated in T able 2-64 .
At each setting, record the power level displayed on the measuring receiver .
10. Calculate the Absolute V ernier A ccuracy by subtracting the SRC POWER
setting (in dBm) from the Measured P ower Level for each SRC POWER
setting in T able 2-64.
Measured P ower Level 0 SRC PO WER 0 20 = Absolute V ernier A ccuracy
F or example: Where the SRC POWER = 021 dBm:

11. Calculate the Step-to-Step A ccuracy for the 017 dBm (90 dBV) to 026 dBm
(81 dBV) SRC POWER settings by subtracting the previous Absolute V ernier
A ccuracy from the current Absolute V ernier A ccuracy .
Start by subtracting the Absolute V ernier A ccuracy for the 017 dBm (90
dBV) SRC POWER setting from the Absolute V ernier A ccuracy for the
018 dBm (89 dBV) setting.
Record this calculation in the Step-to-Step A ccuracy column for SRC POWER
018 dBm (89 dBV).
12. Locate the most positive Absolute V ernier A ccuracy value in T able 2-64 and
record as TR Entry 2 of the performance verication test record.
13. Locate the most negative Absolute V ernier A ccuracy value in T able 2-64 and
record as TR Entry 3 of the performance verication test record.
14. Locate the largest Step-to-Step A ccuracy values in T able 2-64 and record as
TR Entry 4 of the performance verication test record.
15. Locate the smallest Step-to-Step A ccuracy values in T able 2-64 and record as
TR Entry 5 of the performance verication test record.
