16. F or each of the frequencies listed in T able 2-42 , do the following:
a. Set the synthesized sweeper to the listed CW frequency by pressing
4 RECALL 5 1 for a CW frequency of 542.8 MHz or 4 RECALL 5 2 for a CW
frequency of 1142.8 MHz.
b. Press 4

5 and wait for the completion of a new sweep .

On the EMC analyzer , press 4
MKR !

MKR ! HIGH and record the
marker-delta amplitude reading in T able 2-42 as the A ctual MKR 1
Amplitude .
The A ctual MKR 1 Amplitude should be greater than the Minimum MKR
1 Amplitude listed in the table below .
Note that the Minimum MKR 1 Amplitude is 10 dB more positive than
the specication. This is due to the 10 dB change in reference level made
in step 15.
