Replacement parts must comply with the technical requirements of the system

manufacturer. Hoval recommends the use of original spare parts.

Unauthorised reconfiguration or modification of the unit is not permitted.

Shut down the unit immediately, if any defects are ascertained that limit the

operational safety.

2.3  Decommissioning

Switch off heating operation (operating mode 'L_OFF').

Close the cut-off valve in the gas supply line.

Let the unit cool off. The heating pump continues to run to cool down the heat

exchanger.

 Attention

Fire hazard due to hot components. Do not switch off the power supply

until the heating pump comes to a complete stop!

When the heating pump comes to a stop: Turn the isolation switch on the unit to

the 'Off' position.

2.4  Emergency situations

In emergency situations:

Disconnect the power supply with the main switch in the control panel. The unit

stops immediately. In this case, the orderly cool down of the heat exchanger

does not happen.

Close the cut-off valve in the gas supply line.

2.5  Regulations

Observe all applicable national regulations and standards as well as generally

accepted engineering practice for the installation and operation of gas-fired units.
