The customers' satisfaction with the machine and the company are of prime import-
ance to HORSCH.
The service staff of our sales partners and the service employees of HORSCH will al-
ways be available for assistance with problems.
The service staff require the following information to correct technical defects as
quickly as possible:
• Customer number
• Name and address of customer
• Name of customer representative
• Machine model and serial number
• Date of purchase, operating hours and area output
• Type of problem
Warranty claim processing
Warranty claim forms must be submitted to HORSCH through the HORSCH sales
partner.
Consequential damage
The machine has been manufactured by HORSCH with greatest care.
Nevertheless, even when used as intended, faults such as deviations in the placing
quantity may cause damages up to total failure.
• This may have the following causes:
• Damage caused by external influences.
• Wear of wear items.
• Missing or damaged cultivation tools.
• Incorrect travel speeds
• Incorrect setting of the device, such as faulty attachment or disregard of calibra-
tion instructions.
• Disregard of the operating instructions
• Neglected or improper care and maintenance.

Check the correct function of the machine before each use and during work.
Compensation claims for damages that have not occurred on the machine are ex-
cluded. Any liability for consequential damage resulting from driving or operating
mistakes is also excluded.
