Liquid Fertilizer System Troubleshooting
Liquid system will not turn on:
Check that the five inputs are sent to ECU:
1. Master Switch (on)
2. Target Rate
3. Speed
4. Work Signal
5. Sections (on)
6. Failed master ECU
7. Failed flow valve
8. Failed section valves
9. Damaged wiring to electrical components
Low liquid flow:
1. Orifice in nozzle is too small or too many are plugged
2. Too many row unit tubes plugged
3. Plugged system screen
4. Low system pressure (turn tractor flow control up)
5. Kinked/damaged hoses
6. Improper system calibration
High liquid flow:
1. Failed flow valve
2. Failed flow meter
3. Plugged flow meter
4. Improper system calibration
