This type of door lock system usually requires a negative pulse to unlock, and cutting the wire to lock the door.

In some vehicles, these are reversed. Type F door lock systems are found in late-model Nissan Sentras, some

Nissan 240SX, and Nissan 300ZX 1992-up. This type of system is also found in some Mazda MPV's and some

Mitsubishi's.

One relay (optional) is used to interface to this type of system as follows:
