Drip oil down the barrel to reach the fulcrum cup & post.

This should be done with no cutter attached to the handpiece.

OIL BATH

The oil bath should be ﬁlled up at the start of

shearing and checked every 2-3 hours.

Lubrication

Use Longhorn shearing oil to keep your handpiece well

lubricated.

Before shearing commences you should prepare your

handpiece by oiling every oil point indicated on the diagram

below. We recommend oiling these points on every cutter

change

(approximately 20 minutes).
