G E T T I N G   S T A R T E D

QUICK START UP

Simply press the Start button to begin exercising.

PAUSE

Press the Stop button to pause your workout.

RESET

Press and hold the Stop button to reset the treadmill.

ADJUSTING SPEED

 Adjust your desired speed using the + or - buttons.

AUDIO STATION

The music input jack is compatible with any kind of music player such as MP3, CD, 
cassette, etc. To use it, plug the accessory cord into the music input jack on the console, 
then plug the other side into the headphone jack on your music player.
