The indicated value does not change/No response.

Cause

Countermeasure

Key operation is 
invalid.

Disconnect and reconnect the AC 
adapter, and press the ON/OFF key 10 
seconds later.

 

If the same error occurs again, seek 
repairs at contact HORIBA sales 
representative.

The electrode con-
nector is not 
attached correctly.

Turn the power OFF, then turn it back ON 
again.

The electrode is 
defective.

Replace the electrode.

The pH meter is 
defective.

Contact HORIBA sales representative.
