CALLING FOR SERVICE
A charge will be made if the cleaner is found to be in working order, has not been assembled in accordance with these
instructions or has been used incorrectly.
Before calling Hoover Service run through the following checklist:
Is there a working electricity supply to the cleaner? Check with another appliance. 1.
Are the fi lters blocked? See Cassette handling & fi lters section. 2.
Is the hose or inlet blocked? Remove any obstruction. 3.
Has the cleaner overheated? If so it will take 30 minutes to automatically reset. 4.
If there is any doubt call your local Hoover Service Office for advice, they may be able to assist you over the telephone.
