In fact of a damage or operational demands, for example after catching a fall and adjust a load, the load arrest
has to be blocked for any use . Do not use the load arrester before release of manufacturer of accredited partner .
It is not allowed to use the rope over sharp edges .
ATTENTION! Do not use the load arrester for security of people . Never stay under the saved load .
The temperature mustn´t be more than +80° Celsius and not less than –30° Celsius .
Anchorage
Fix the load arrester only upside of the load with a proper anchorage point . Take care that the fixing is flexible to
pulling direction .
The fixing of the load arrester has to follow as written in point 5 of this manual .
Never fix the load arrester on devices, which generate agitation .
Take care that the load does not bound on the underground or to other obstacle . Also take care that a crash into
other objects is not possible .
To save loads with double weight it is aloud to use a special pulley . The load has to be fixed on the pulley . The
free end of the rope has to be fixed on a second proper anchorage point so that the weight is half to the two
ropes . (see picture)

7 . Storage and transport
The temperature mustn’t be more than +80° Celsius and not less than –30° Celsius while storage the load arres-
ter .
Do not expose the load arrester to aggressive substance or aggressive atmosphere . If happens a contamination
with industrial or ecological influences you have to arrange a cleaning or disinfect the device also you have to
give the load arrester to service .
It is helpful to use a case for transport and storage .
8 . Repaire instructions / maintenance
The user of the fall arrester for loads is responsible for the execution of maintenance and possible repairs .
Repair and maintenance should take place at the manufacturer’s plant or be executed thoroughly by an autho-
rized service partner .
A check-up by an expert of secure does not replace maintenance by manufacturer or authorized service partner .
For example:
load arrester with maximum load 500 kg
While fixing the load arrester and saving the load
make sure that it is possible to move the rope into and
out of the device .
Protection of the device
Do not drop down the load arrester .
Never let run the rope uncontrolled and with speed
into the device . (danger of broken spring)
Use a general-purpose rope to control the speed .
if a device came into contact with chemicals, the de-
vice shoudl be serviced by the manufacturer .
