12. Select the latest version of the firmware (e.g. 519686-1980_A_HEGS5000-5001.hex)

and click OPEN. The Sending Hex File window displays, indicating the file being

transmitted and the progress of the download. “

Download Busy”

appears on the

HEGS5000 LCD.
