STATOR INSPECTION

Remove the inverter unit.
Pull the recoil starter and measure the voltage between the terminals of the
generator 3P connectors (

and

) with the generator mounted.

• After generator voltage inspection, reset the error log.

If the output voltage is less than the standard voltage. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the generator 3P connectors
(

and

) according to the table below.

If the resistance is out of the specification, check the stator coil resistance

according to the table below.

If all resistances are OK, replace or repair the generator wire harness.
If the resistance is out of specification, replace the stator.
