(Air/fuel ratio failure)

Abnormal

Check the throttle control motor.

Disconnect the fuel injector 2P connector and spark plug cap.
Check whether the throttle valve is fully open when the main switch is ON 
and the starter switch is pressed.

Normal

• Check whether the fuel pump filter 

is clogged.

• Check whether the fuel feed hose is 

pinched or clogged.

• Replace the fuel pump.

Abnormal

Check the fuel pump pressure.

Normal

Abnormal

• Check whether the fuel feed hose is 

leaking.

• Check whether the fuel feed hose is 

pinched or clogged.

• Check whether the fuel tank cap 

breather is pinched or clogged.

• Check whether the fuel pump filter 

is clogged.

• Replace the fuel pump.

Check the fuel flow.

Clean

Dirty

Replace the air cleaner element.

Check the air cleaner element.

Good

No good

Replace the fuel.

Check the fuel quality.

Go to the next page.

• Replace or repair the O2 sensor
