SERVICING YOUR GENERATOR

5. Reinstall the air filters.

6. Make sure that the rubber seal

is set in the groove of the air
cleaner cover.

7. Reinstall the air cleaner cover,

and tighten the air cleaner
cover screw.

8. Reinstall the maintenance

cover, and tighten the
maintenance cover screw
securely.

Operating the engine without the air filters or with a damaged air
filters will allow dirt to enter the engine, causing rapid engine wear.
This type of damage is not covered by the
