Remove and
discard the
heater baffle plate.
Remove the A/C hole plug from
the bulkhead by pushing it toward
the engine compartment, then
discard the plug.
Remove and save the
expansion valve cover
(six self-tapping screws).
Get parts group A.
7.
Install the evaporator.
Reinstall the expansion
valve cover with the
six self-tapping screws
you saved.
Carefully install the
evaporator into the
heater unit. Be
careful not to bend
the evaporator pipes.
