OPERATION
4.1
Before First operation
Before first use of this product, pour a teaspoon of good quality, air tool lubricant into the air
supply inlet of the lift control valve, connect to air supply to air supply and operate for 3 seconds
to evenly distribute lubricant.
Purge away air from the hydraulic system.
Test the press, unloaded, by operating air, hand pump to drive the ram to
full height then lowering
it.
4.2
Before every Operation
Manual operation system:
open the release valve (24) by turning it counterclockwise. Pump
several full stokes to eliminate any air in the system.
Air operating system:
open the release valve (24) by turning it counterclockwise. Connect the
air inlet fitting into the air supply hose lock fitting, then turn on the air valve letting the pump
work for several times to eliminate any air in the system.
Before each use, loosen the breather valve(51) a little bit.
Check all parts and conditions, if there is any part broken, stop using it and contact your supplier
immediately.
4.3
Operation
•
Place workpiece support onto the bed
•
Place workpiece unto the suport (Stable!)
•
Close the release valve completely.
•
Pump until the ram nearly touches the workpiece
•
Check once again that:
•
Support and workpiece centrated under ram, in a stable position so that pressure will be di-
vided evenly on workpiece, support, shop press.
•
Use the pump and process the workpiece
•
The Manometer shows the total pressure – Attention it is calculated onto the complete surface
of the ram!
•
ATTENTION: After stopping the operation, RELEASE THE PRESSURE SLOWLY by turning the
release valve slowly anti-clockwise.
•
After operation take the workpiece off from the press.
•
You can use instead oft he manual lever as well pneumatic pressure.
•
Connect for this the air hose reel with the pneumatic pressure device and for applying pressure
onto the ram, press slightly the handle
