Damaged or not sufficiently viable hoists and lifting devices can cause serious injury
or even death. Always check hoists and load lifting devices for adequate load-bearing
capacity and perfect condition, carefully fasten the loads and never keep them under
suspended loads.
Attach the lifting belts to the bottom of the forks and pay attention to a balanced weight
distribution.
ASSEMBLY

Due to the high weight, there is an increased risk of squeezing and tipping during
assembly, which can result in serious injuries or even death. The gear driven drill
press therefore requires at least two people for assembly.

Check Scope of Delivery
After delivery, check the machine immediately for transport damage and missing Parts.
14.1.1
Workplace Conditions
Choose a flat, solid surface. Check the horizontal alignment of the substrate with a water scale.
The Place must also meet the ergonomic requirements for a workplace.

Attach Machine
N O T I C E
The fastening screws, which are too attracted, in combination with an uneven
surface, can lead to the rupture of the base of the machine. Only tighthen the
fastening screws to ensure safe anchoring and prevent the machine from tilting!
Anchor the gearbox drill underground using the continuous drilling in the base. The specific depth
of anchoring required depends on the hardship/consistency of the subsoil – the harder the less
depth is required. Attach the machine with suitable screws. To level, use discs to avoid harmful
stresses when tightening the screws (nuts).
