Trouble Possible cause Solution
Jack does not lift up  Release screw is not completely
closed
 Close the release screw by
turning it clockwise
 Oil level is too low  Fill in hydraulic oil (HLP 15)
 Overloaded  To heavy load
Jack does not keep the load
up
 Release screw is not completely
closed
 Close the release screw by
turning it clockwise
Jack does not lift up the
load to the max. height
 Oil level is too low  Fill in hydraulic oil (HLP 15)
 Air in the system  Bleeding the system
Handle moves up when jack
is under load
 Valves dirty or damaged  Clean or change the valves
Oil leaking  Oil level too high  Drain oil
 Damaged seals  Change seals
