Step 1: Assemble wheel trays
Per Fig. 5: Identify required
components (quantity indicated is per
wheel tray)
Per Fig. 6: Insert wheel ratchet strap K
into the open end of wheel tray G .
Insert carriage bolt c-c into the end of
tray G . Repeat steps for all trays. When
assembling, be sure the ratchet strap is
facing the same side as the first one
installed.
Per Fig. 7: Place the upper plate H on
top of wheel tray G , and lower I plate
below G . Insert carriage bolt a-a
through the holes of parts H , G , & I and
install washer e-e & nut b-b onto bolt.
Leave the nut and bolt just a little loose
at this time.
Per Fig. 8: Slide the other wheel tray
(half) G between upper plate H and
lower plate I . Insert carriage bolt a-a
through the holes of parts H , G , & I and
install washer & nut onto bolt. Tighten
with wrench. Repeat all above steps
for the second wheel tray.
Per Fig. 8 : Trays should be aligned
together tightly and assembled.
Tighten nuts
b-b securely
Be sure carriage bolts c-c are
protruding from bottom of slot in the
tray and both straps K are facing the
same direction per Fig. 9
