Voltage V3P3 is used as power supply for the baseband section of HW
86010. It is the reference voltage for all digital I/Os.

The current consumption on V3P3 depends on the power management.
Power management only applies to the PT, not to the FT. The PT may enter
a sleep mode whilst the FT is always active.

During firmware download the current consumption is higher, because
additional power is needed for writing the Flash memory
