TECHNIQUE OF CLEANING WITH A SONIC BRUSH
To use the sonic toothbrush effectively, follow these instructions.
Apply a small dose of your favourite toothpaste to the bristles of the
brush. In the case of sonic toothbrushes, the amount of toothpaste may
be smaller than in the case of ordinary toothbrushes.
The bristles of the toothbrush should be directed at an angle of 45 degrees
so that the bristles have the ability to clean the side surfaces of the tooth
and gums.

Guide the toothbrush tip slowly, pressing it gently against the tooth surface
and joining it with the gums.
Normal cleaning cycle lasts 4x30s. It is worth dividing the tooth surfaces
so as to clean each of them for 30 seconds - up (front and back) and down
(front and back).
