7.3 Useful tips on mixing
1. Before refrigerated products (such as butter) are mixed, they need to be
removed from the refrigerator for the time required for the product to reach
room temperature.
2. To make sure that no eggshells or spoiled eggs gets into the bowl, break
eggs over another vessel and then pour them into the mixer bowl.
3. Take care when mixing or beating dry ingredients (flour, sugar etc.) to ensure
that they are not ejected from the bowl.
4. Always start mixing ingredients at the lowest speed. Slowly increase the
mixing speed until the required speed is achieved.
5. The appliance is not designed for crushing ice or grinding hard food products.
7.4 Blender operation
1. Place the appliance close to an easily accessible power supply
socket.
2. Slide off the blender socket cover.
3. Put the blender into the socket and then turn the blender to the
right until it locks in place
