Specific precautions have to be taken while working with
hot oil. Before taking the basket out of the appliance, make sure that the handle is
unfolded. While handling the basket, under no circumstances do not touch the handle
folding button, since its moving will lead to folding of the handle, which may lead to
release of hot food and dripping oil onto the user.

The oil pot shall be filled only with oil. Do not pour in other fluids.
•
Always remove the appliance from power supply if it is left unsupervised or before
cleaning.
•
Make sure the oil is within the
MIN
and
MAX
marks on the oil pot.
•
Do not immerse the fryer in water.
•
NOTE!
Make sure that the deep fryer is unplugged before removing the basket.
•
Always allow the oil to cool before moving the fryer, as hot oil can cause serious burns.
The deep fryer must be moved using the handles on the lid. Under no circumstances
do not move the deep fryer using the basket handle.
•
Do not move the fryer while in use.
•
Never plug in the fryer before adding oil or fat, if you do, the thermal safety device will
operate and stop the fryer from working.
•
Use only equipment approved by the manufacturer.
•
Use the appliance only after tightly closing the lid, when it is locked. Never open the lid
during frying. The frying process may be observed through the viewing window in the lid.
•
Do not attempt to repair the appliance on your own. There is a risk of electric shock!
