7.3 Removal / installation of the blending attachment with stainless steel blades
The attachment needs to be removed only for cleaning.
To install the blending attachment with the stainless steel blades, take hold
of the blender by the handle with one hand, shift the blending attachment
socket cover with the other hand, and install the blending attachment
in the socket (step 1). Then tighten the attachment by turning it anti-
clockwise (step 2). During removal/installation, the attachment should be
directed downwards.

To remove the attachment with the stainless steel blades, perform the
installation procedure in the reverse order.
7.4 Tips
1. Allow products stored in the fridge (e.g. butter) to warm up to room
temperature before mixing.
2. Crack open each egg in a separate bowl first, then transfer the contents to the
mixing bowl to prevent egg shell or spoiled egg getting into the mixing bowl.
3. Always start mixing at the lowest speed and gradually increase the speed to
the required one.
4. The device is not intended for breaking up ice or hard foods.
