Note:
Install the attachments as shown on the illustration. You have 2 pairs of
attachments: one for kneading dough (6), the other for beating eggs or similar
products (1).

4. Ensure that the 5-step speed control is set to “ 0 ” and connect the device to
the mains.
5. Set the required speed to start the machine. The device has five speed
positions, each successive position is higher than the previous one, until the
maximum speed is reached in the 5, 5-speed speed control. The TURBO
button temporarily increases the speed - do not use this button for more than
30 seconds of continuous operation. The speed of operation with the TURBO
button pressed will be the same as that of the 5 speed 5 speed regulator.
Caution!
Do not insert implements in the bowl while mixing.
6. The maximum mixing cycle duration is 5 minutes. If more time is required,
take a break after each 5-minute cycle and wait until the device cools down
to room temperature (approx. 5 minutes). For best dough kneading results,
start at a low speed and end at the maximum one.
7. When you are done, set the speed control to “ 0 ” and disconnect the device
from the mains.
8. Use a wooden or plastic spatula to remove sticky residues.
9. To remove the attachments, hold them with one hand and press the EJECT
button with the other.
10. Then pull the attachments out of the sockets.
