All the packaging materials are recyclable and labelled as such. Dispose of the
packaging in accordance with local regulations.
Keep the materials out of children’s reach, as they can pose a hazard.
11. DISPOSAL
The device does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to make any
repairs. Just call the Service.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with an identical one by the
manufacturer, Service or a qualified person.
9. SERVICE
Clean the device in accordance with the instructions.
Store the device in a dry and well-ventilated place inaccessible to children.
Protect the device against vibration and shocks during handling.
10. HANDLING AND STORAGE
8.2 Cleaning the device
• Clean the device, including the heating plates, with a clean moist cloth.
• If required, use a mild detergent.
• Do not use any agents or tools that could scratch surfaces.
8.3 Cleaning the drip tray
• Wash the drip try in a solution of warm water and mild detergent.
Proper disposal:
1. According to the WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU), the crossed-out wheelie bin
symbol (shown on the left) is used to label all electric and electronic devices
requiring segregation.
2. Do not dispose of the spent product with domestic waste: hand it over to an electric
and electronic device collection and recycling point. The crossed-out wheelie bin
symbol placed on the product, instruction manual or package communicates this
requirement.
3. Plastics contained in the device can be recycled in accordance with their specific
marking. By recycling materials and spent equipment you will help to protect the
environment.
4. Information on electric and electronic devices collection locations is available
from local government agencies or from the dealer.
