ATTENTION! Milk doubles its volume when frothed. Choose a container about
7 cm in diameter and make sure that it is sufficiently high.
5. Place the frother in the milk, about 2 cm under the surface. Remember to
take the frother cap of the ftother.
6. Turn the steam milk frother knob slowly to start frothing the milk with steam.
7. Gently move the container up and down, so as to achieve the best frothing
effect. Make sure that the frother remains under the milk surface at all times.
ATTENTION! Never turn the steam milk frother knob rapidly. An excessive
amount of steam may accumulate in the appliance. The mechanism could
burst!
8. When you achieve the desired level of frothing, turn the steam power control
knob back to the minimum position.
ATTENTION! Immediately after the nozzle is used, wipe it with a damp cloth. Be
careful not to burn yourself.
9. Press and hold the “ ON/OFF “ button to turn the appliance off.
10. Add the frothed milk to the previously made coffee.
ATTENTION! After you use the frother, it is recommended that you wait 5
minutes until the appliance cools down before making another coffee. If that is
not possible, follow the sequence described below:
1. Press the steam frothing / coffee making mode button to the position.
2. Place the frother in an empty container and put another vessel under the
portafilter.
3. Press the coffee brewing button into the position.
4. Slowly turn the steam milk frother knob until water starts coming out of
frother with removable cap and the portafilter. Wait until the moment the
ready-for-use indicator goes off.
5. Press the coffee brewing button into the
STOP
position.
6. Turn the steam milk frother knob to the minimum position.
7. When the ready-for-use indicator starts glowing green, you can start brewing
coffee again.
7.5 Automatic shutdown function
1. When no action is taken after the “ ON/OFF “ button is pushed, the coffee
machine will shut down automatically after 25 minutes.
2. When no action is taken after the steam frothing / coffee making mode button
is pressed into the lower position, the appliance will shut down automatically
after 25 minutes.
3. The maximum time of continuous pump operation cannot exceed 3 minutes.
