Warning! Risk of injury!
If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance and remove the
ingredients that are blocking the blades with spatula. Do not touch the blades with your
hands!
- To turn off the appliance, release the switch.
- After preparing food, remove the blender bottle from the base by turning
it counter-clockwise.
WARNING! DURING THIS OPERATION, DO NOT
PRESS THE BLENDER BOTTLE TO THE BASE!
Otherwise, the lid with
blade will disconnect from the blender bottle, and the mixed food will spill
on the base.
- Place the blender on a flat, stable surface. Remove the lid with blade,
and then replace it with the blender bottle cover.
- Unplug after use.

BANANA-SPINACH SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
•
½ banana
•
1 cup of skimmed milk
•
fresh spinach (preferably 2 large
handfuls)
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients in the blender. Mix until
a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

GREEN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
•
½ cup of parsley
•
4 cabbage leaves (with stems
removed)
•
1 cup of unfrozen raspberries or
strawberries
•
1 banana
•
1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients in the blender, adding
a cup of water. Mix until a homogeneous
consistency is obtained. Bon appetit!
