10. PROBLEMS
In case of any problems with the device, please refer to the following tips.
The toothbrush
does not switch on
Check if the battery is charged.
Vibrations are too
weak
Check that you are not pressing the brush against the teeth too
hard.
Check whether the brush tip or brush housing are damaged.
Check that the tip is not accidentally too firmly seated on the
brush's pin, which may hinder its movement.
Despite the
toothbrush has
been placed in a
charging base, the
brush does not
charge.
Check that the cable or plug coming out of the charging base is
not damaged.
Check if the charging base is correctly connected to the power
supply.
Perhaps the service life of the battery is over - contact the
manufacturer's service department.
The sanitizer does
not switch on
Check if the charging base is correctly connected to the power
supply.
Check that the sterilization chamber cover is closed.
If the UV lamp is damaged, please contact the manufacturer's
service department.
The gums bleed
after using the
toothbrush.
Check that you do not press the tip too hard against your gums.
Check that you do not press the tip against your gums at a
wrong angle.
During the first dozen or so uses of the gums may bleed slightly (not
very frequent phenomenon) or you may feel discomfort (a frequent
phenomenon among people who have not used mechanical
toothbrushes so far). This usually happens when the gums are not
used to the new washing technique and the amount of brush
vibrations. In this case, it is recommended to use "Massage" mode.
If, after 2 weeks of using the toothbrush in the recommended way
gums still bleed, stop using the device and consult a specialist
dentist.
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
