Remote Notification 

 

Um  den  Bediener  auf  eine  bestimmte  Situation  aufmerksam  zu 
machen,  kann  eine  Steuereinheit  über  eine  der  Datenschnittstellen 
akustische und/oder optische Hinweise am Gerät abgeben. 

   

 

In order to alert the operator to a specific situation, a control unit can 
give acoustic and/or visual notifications via one of the data interfaces 
of the device.

Beep 

 

Mit  dem  Befehl  SYSTem:BEEP  wird  ein  akustischer  Signalton  mit 
spezifizierbarer Dauer durch den Piepser ausgegeben. 

   

 

With  the  command  SYSTem:BEEP,  an  acoustic  warning  signal  with  a 
specifiable duration is output on the buzzer.

Notification Window 

 

Mit  dem  Befehl  DISPlay:TEXT  wird  ein  spezifischer  Hinweistext  in 
einem  Benachrichtigungs-Fenster  auf  dem  Display  der  Benutzer-
schnittstelle angezeigt. 

   

 

The  DISPlay:TEXT  command  displays  a  specific  message  text  in  a 
notification window on the display of the user interface. 

 

Wird  eine  leere  Zeichenkette  ("")  übergeben,  wird  das  Benachrichti-
gungs-Fenster wieder geschlossen. Außerdem kann der Bediener das 
Benachrichtigungs-Fenster quittieren und schließen. 

   

 

If an empty string ("") is transmitted, the notification window is closed 
again.  The  operator  can  also  acknowledge  and  close  the  notification 
window.
