CAUTION:
Always disconnect the fl ight battery from
the model before removing the propeller.
Disassembly
1.
Remove the screw (

) and spinner (
B
) from the
spinner backplate (
C
).
2.
Remove the hex nut (
D
), propeller (
E
), and the
spinner backplate from the collet (
F
). A tool will
be required to remove the hex nut.
3.
Carefully remove 3 screws (
G
) and the cowling (
H
)
from the fuselage.
4.
Remove the collet from the motor (
I
).
5.
Remove 4 screws (
J
) from the motor mount (
K
)
and the fuselage.
6.
Disconnect the motor connectors from the ESC
connectors.
7.
Remove 4 screws (
L
) to remove the motor from the
motor mount.
Assembly Tips
Assemble in reverse order.
• Correctly align and connect the motor wire colors with
the ESC wires.
• The propeller size numbers (8.25 x 5.5) must face out
from the motor for correct propeller operation.
• A tool is required to tighten the hex nut on the collet.
• Ensure the spinner is fully connected to the spinner
backplate for safe operation.
