INSTRUCTION MANUAL 

WARNING: 

This  J3  Cub  Electric R\C model  is not a toy and is not suitable for children under  14 years. 

1. Do not fly near:  Houses or buildings, children's play areas,  roads or traffic,  railways, airports,

overhead power lines and pylons. Do not fly near or over crowds of people or spectators.

2. The ideal location for flying is a wide-open space in all directions with no people around. (If

using a model airfield, be sure to contact the airfield's administrator for permission to fly.)

3. Be careful when charging the battery, use a dedicated lithium polymer battery charger that will 

not overcharge the battery. Let the battery cool before recharging, do not charge in direct 
sunlight.

4. Always check that other pilots are not using the same frequency (band) in the area you wish

to fly in.

5. Do not fly in strong winds or when a thunderstorm is close..
6. Do not try to catch the plane when it is flying.
7. Children who are under  14 years of age should be assisted by an experienced adult when

the plane is being flown.

8. This model aircraft has been designed to be powered by an electric motor.  Fly this model in

the manner in which it has been designed for, do not fly it aggressively otherwise you may
experience structural failure which could result in injury.

9. Do not touch the propeller when the motors is running, it could lead to serious injuries.

Thank you for purchasing our PiperJ3 Cub Electric R\C airplane, 
The Piper is a  propeller driven aircraft which is ideal for beginners! 
The Piper will perform most maneuvers you will want to try with this 
type of model and it  is  very  robust  If you happen to meet the 
ground sooner than you had planned. There is a good chance the 
J3 Cub will survive for another flight but you may want a tube of 
epoxy glue close by just to be sure you can fix minor damage if it 
occurs. 
In order to fly the Piper, please make sure you read through the 
instructions carefully before attempting to operate the model for the 
first time. 
You alone are responsible for the safe operation of your radio­
controlled model. Young people should only be permitted to operate 
this model under  the instruction and supervision of an adult who is 
aware of the hazards involved in flying model airplanes.
