Step 1: Main wing preparation
Remove covering film in the locations shown below with a craft knife.
Ensure that the ailerons and aileron hinges are glued in place. To secure, use medium
viscosity CA glue to glue the hinges in the main wings such that half of the hinge
remains exposed. Place a drop of CA on the tip of each hinge and slide the ailerons in
place.
Take two 9g servos, add servo extension leads and install in the main wings. Route
wires through the wings to the exits provided. Pre drill 2mm pilot holes before securing
each servo with two woodscrews. Connect a short pushrod, clevis, control horn and a
servo horn. Trim the pushrods to the correct length. Repeat for both sides.
